Adam Timothy Group builds private, personalized web pages for individual real estate clients. This application uses Google Sign-In to confirm that a visitor is the client we shared the page with.
What This Application Does
When we work with a buyer, seller, or landlord, we sometimes prepare a web page written specifically for them — covering their search, their neighborhood, their timeline, and their transaction. Because those pages contain information meant only for that client, they are not open to the public.
Google Sign-In is how we verify access. A client clicks the private link we sent them, signs in with their Google account, and the application checks their email address against the short list of people invited to that page. If it matches, the page opens. If it does not, the page stays closed.
That is the entire function of this application. It is an identity check for private client pages on adamtimothy.com. It does not post, send, read, or modify anything in a Google account.
What Information We Request
When you sign in, Google shares a limited set of basic profile information with this application:
- Your email address — the only piece we actually use. It is compared against the invitation list for the page you are opening.
- Your name and profile picture — included by Google as part of standard basic profile information.
What we do not request
We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Contacts, Photos, or any other Google service. We ask only for basic profile and email — the minimum needed to confirm who you are. We cannot see, read, or change anything else in your Google account.
How We Handle It
- The check happens in your browser. Your email address is compared against the page's invitation list on your own device.
- We do not sell or share it. Not with advertisers, not with data brokers, not with third parties.
- We do not add you to marketing lists because you signed in. Signing in opens a page. Nothing else.
- You can revoke access at any time from your Google account's security settings, under third-party apps with account access.

Adam Timothy Group is a residential real estate team in Austin, Texas, led by Timothy Powles and Adam Stanley at Compass. We serve buyers, sellers, and investors across the greater Austin metro, with particular focus on East Austin and Central Austin neighborhoods.
This application is used solely for our own client pages on adamtimothy.com. It is not offered as a product or service to anyone else.
