Adam Stanley and Timothy Powles co-founded Adam Timothy Group at RA Compass to combine their expertise with a passion for building meaningful client relationships. Adam, a former Chief Digital Officer and CIO at Cushman & Wakefield, brings a strategic mindset and deep market knowledge, while Timothy, with his background in hospitality and property management—and as a former executive chef—focuses on delivering personalized, detail-oriented service that meets each client’s unique needs.

After being part of Austin’s top real estate teams, Adam and Timothy launched their own group with a mission to build community and be truly responsive to their clients’ fears, desires, and dreams. They don’t just offer real estate services—they help clients navigate the emotional journey of buying, selling, or investing in property, providing steady guidance and expert advice to alleviate concerns and achieve goals.
