Adam served as CIO and Chief Digital Officer of the commercial real estate giant Cushman & Wakefield for nearly 8 years, where he spearheaded digital transformation efforts that empowered the company to thrive in complex real estate markets. This deep immersion in the real estate sector has equipped Adam with unparalleled insights and a strategic approach that he now brings to his real estate clients, helping them navigate their own property decisions with confidence.

Before his tenure at Cushman & Wakefield, Adam led technology for Aviva PLC in London and served as the Global Chief Technology Officer of Aon, where he developed a strong foundation in operational excellence and technology-driven solutions. His nearly 10 years with Deloitte in their Strategy and Operations consulting practice further sharpened his ability to tackle complex challenges and deliver meaningful results.

Adam’s extensive background in leading transformative projects across various industries directly translates to his effectiveness in real estate. His expertise in market analysis, deal negotiation, and client relationship management is grounded in decades of strategic decision-making and leadership. Adam holds a BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business. He currently serves on the Boards of Directors of GATX Corporation, Church Mutual Insurance, and the UBS Trumbull Property Fund.
