02 Royal (Batch cocktail)
Adam crafted this one for a New Years Mixer with the best neighborhood friends ever. It's like an East Austin mojito slash margarita but the base is Vodka and we use Royal Combier.
Ingredients:
- 400 ml Vodka
- 150 ml Royal Combier
- 250 ml Elderflower Liqueur
- 100 ml Fresh Lemon Juice (about 6 lemons)
- About 2 tablespoons of agave
Garnish:
- Lemon or orange slices or edible flowers
Instructions:
- Prep the batch: In a large pitcher or mixing bowl, combine vodka, Royal Combier, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and agave. Stir until well mixed.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until thoroughly chilled.
- Serve: Before serving, stir or shake the batch again and transfer to a punch bowl or a bottle for serving. We think it’s best to shake this one and serve ice cold without ice. But you might also just pour over a lowball filled with ice.
Adjust sweetness or dilution with honey/syrup or sparkling water as needed!
