Instructions:

1. Dissolve the espresso powder in the warm water until fully incorporated.
2. In a mixing pitcher, combine the vodka, Borgata Chocolate Liqueur, Borgata Peppermint Liqueur, bourbon, and dissolved espresso. Add the simple syrup if you’d like a sweeter flavor profile.
3. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are evenly mixed.
4. Using a funnel, pour the mixture into a clean, empty 750 ml bottle.
5. Seal tightly and place the bottle in the freezer for 6-8 hours or overnight. The high alcohol content will keep it liquid.

To Serve:

• Pour directly from the freezer into chilled glasses.
• Garnish ideas: crushed peppermint candies on the rim, a small piece of dark chocolate, or a fresh mint leaf.
