Client Partnership Agreement

Adam Timothy Group requires any buyer or tenant client to sign a Texas Realtors Buyer/Tenant Representation Agreement. More on this document can be found here.

We also request that each of our clients acknowledge what we call the “Client Partnership Agreement”, or our joint bill of rights for relationships. This appears below and sets expectations between our team and our clients. It does not replace or supersede any of the items from the formal legally binding Representation Agreement.
