MEET THE TEAM

Adam Stanley and Timothy Powles are the co-founders of the Adam Timothy Group at Realty Austin. After being a part of the #1 team in Austin and the #2 Compass team in Texas, Adam and Timothy created the Adam Timothy Group to provide a unique dedicated transaction advisory and real estate consulting service for everyone from first-time buyers to seasoned investors and repeat sellers.

Adam previously served as the Chief Digital and Technology Officer of Cushman and Wakefield, a global real estate services company. Timothy, on the other hand, has an extensive background in the culinary arts and hospitality industries, having worked as Executive Chef at Raised, a popular rooftop restaurant in Chicago. Together, the duo combines their diverse experiences and expertise to provide top-notch real estate services to their clients. Their focus on exceptional customer service and attention to detail has earned them a reputation as one of the most trusted real estate teams in the Austin area.

The Adam Timothy Group is about building communities. We believe a real estate transaction is an important and extremely significant event but relationships last a lifetime.  Our clients trust us to get to know their story and what is most important to them. And we work tirelessly to retain that trust.

We don’t just buy and sell homes. We build community by helping clients find their place in the world.

Timothy Powles and Adam Stanley work together on the Adam Timothy Group at Compass RA and manage AT Real Estate Group LLC, a rental and vacation property investment business. We are about building community. We believe a real estate transaction is an important and extremely significant event but relationships last a lifetime. Our clients, partners, and friends trust us to get to know their story and what is most important to them.  And we work tirelessly to retain that trust.
