Drawbacks

ADU and casita finishes are “builder grade”

Neighboring property is awful am no guarantee it will change anytime soon. However, new zoning rules in Austin make it even more attractive to investors and it’s one of  the last OG lots

Area is up and coming with some less than attractive neighborhood lots though none as bad as the one directly next door. This is Austin!
